Helping Employees Meet Needs in Communities

Sempra Foundation has long supported the community involvement of employees across the Sempra family of companies through matching gifts and volunteer incentive programs.

We recently reconfigured these programs into a single streamlined platform called My Energy. The new program supports the individual purpose and passion of each employee, while also supporting Sempra’s collective vision of delivering energy with purpose.

With My Energy, contributions of time and/or money to any eligible 501(c)(3) charity can receive a match from Sempra Foundation. Matches are processed monthly and distributed to charities.
